Saleo empowers us to deliver highly interactive and personalized product demonstrations using our live software. This means we're not simulating anything; instead, we're able to craft more tailored demo narratives for our customers and prospects. Given the complexity of our solutions, Saleo has seamlessly integrated with all our features and functions, accommodating a wide range of use cases. Previously, creating even basic demos was a time-consuming process and not easily tailored to the customer, often taking hours and requiring duplication of assets and instances. With Saleo, we've reduced demo creation time to just a quarter of what it used to be. We are able to specifically personalize the demo to the customer's brand and use cases. We're now are able to narrow our focus to "Golden" assets on a single instance - reducing internal resource support time and system utilization. Additionally, Saleo offers robust engagement tracking, providing insights into how demos are utilized across the business. Saleo has been a game-changer for our demo process, though there is a bit of a learning curve for those leading the effort from our side. Understanding the nomenclature and distinguishing between self-service features and those requiring Saleo's assistance, particularly for tables and graphs, takes time and careful discovery. However, it's worth noting that 80% of our demo personalization needs are met with Saleo's out-of-the-box functionality. For the remaining 20%, we rely on Saleo for one-time setup and implementation. While the identification and documentation process for these needs has been somewhat ambiguous, we've found that this has improved as we've become more familiar with Saleo's solution set. Has made telling a story through data so simple and easy. I dont have to worry about searching for the right assets to share during a demo. Creating Saleo tours too for a live feel of the platform as a leave behind for our clients has been really great and powerful too instead of them having to watch through a whole demo veideo, they give a clip of what is relevant for our clients to click through and train on. Saleo is easy to get set up too as they are constantly adapting with our new product releases. I use Saleo on all my demos now. It's so simple to integrate with all our products. Before using Saleo, preparing demos was time-consuming and inconsistent. Customizing everything to meet customer needs took far too long, and we often struggled to showcase our product in the best possible light.
Now, with Saleo, everything has changed. We can quickly create realistic, customized demos that highlight our product exactly the way customers want to see it.
Our favorite feature is Saleo Capture—it allows us to send guided presentations before and after demos to reinforce key points. Plus, we get valuable insights into customer engagement by tracking how many times they view those presentations. This has helped us fine-tune our follow-ups and improve the overall demo experience.

Honestly, we’ve yet to encounter any notable downsides with Saleo. The platform works seamlessly, and the implementation team has been so responsive that any minor challenges, like API updates, have been resolved almost instantly. First, the value proposition for Saleo's solution is quite elegant: using a simple browser plug-in and a few easy to use table designers, transform the demonstrations of your SaaS solutions into works of art. Saleo fulfills this promise very well. After onboarding, I can fill in a table or spreadsheet with the data I want my prospects and clients to see, upload it to Saleo, and share it with my colleagues who can leverage and build upon my work in their own demos. My engineering and product teams did not have to be burdened with any time consuming configuration tasks, making it possible for me to transform my demonstrations in ways I could never do before while still allowing my own engineers to focus on delivering new features. Saleo's technical teams managed the process quite well, with a great cadence of communication and consistent progress and high quality delivery at every sprint. Our day to day support has gotten involved and we're now rolling the solution out across our sales organization. In a few short months we've been able to level up our demonstrations in ways we have only dreamed about for years. We're now using the tool every day to show off the great capabilities in our own solutions. If you have a great SaaS software product, but would like a faster and more efficient way to customize it for your prospects, I can strongly recommend Saleo as the solution for you. Depending on the complexity of your own software that Saleo is enhancing, there can be a learning curve building out your customizations. This is not so much of a dislike but rather something that you need to plan for when considering your implementation strategy. The ability to quickly configure and populate data across our demo org has been hugely impactful. What used to take hours of man power and effort to maintain is now automated. We can also now personalize our demos at scale by tailoring data at the most granular levels of our platform with a few clicks. I liked Saleo "Capture". Executives/Sales people can actually leverage pre-built demos and flows to guide there teams/prospects/clients on the actual product might look and feel to use. Send the capture demos to your clients before your actual demo to get them involved and preinformed on what's going to happen in the sales/technical demo sessions.
The Insights on who went through your demos and how much time did they spent on each screen helps in understanding how much your propects are interested.

I feel Saleo should add voice overs, video and audio clip options plus the external link options in saleo capture feature, which would take me to anther website if the Demo creator wants me to visit the site for additonal information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It could not be easier to play a demo story. Even when I click away from the surface that hosts the demo data, it loads quickly when I navigate back. There is no disruption in my workflow, whether I am demoing live on a webinar or recording a screenshare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Saleo allows me to create a well-established demo environment without requiring my internal teams to populate and maintain it. I can create a consistent story across the sales team with our demos and make it foolproof for AE demos with customers. We use Saleo for customer walk-throughs to give them the best guided experience. Training and implementation were a breeze, and we used Saleo on the first access day. Product updates continue to deliver functionality that makes Saleo even more value to our sales and customer success teams. Saleo's ability to provide a high-quality, personalized experience to a buyer is unmatched in my opinion. In a world where demos show tech and pitch decks talk about value, Saleo has allowed us to marry those two concepts in a way that is easy for our SE's to build out and extremely engaging for our customers and prospects.
