Sailthru isn't designed to play nicely with other systems. If you want to pull a list of users that are subscribed via an API, they hash the emails, so you can't integrate it with your CDP. If you want to export your data, so you can have a single view of the customer, they don't have a easy way to pull the data. It's nice I don't have any point to find regarding the system, so I like why it has worked differently, it has allowed us to automate our original marketing and allow us to expand our client portfolio and so now it is much more complete in the sense of digital marketing so it is much more detailed and for this reason it reaches more clients and automates this point of the company. I find the system attractive and it works well, but I would change certain characteristics allowing it to be perfectly coupled to other types of software in order to work with most software in this way we avoid inconvenience or failures when using the system.
