It also enables the options for the admin and finance to create reminders for taking necessary actions. The smooth integration into other products is limited. The choice to manage the expenses in a structural way is constrained by system settings. The categorization, group and entity are too complicated and difficult to configure as per different needs of companies. The synchronisation of transactions and expenses cause a delay in timely filing of the expenses (i.e., impossible to conduct in an instant way). Rydoo had problems early-on, such as assuming sales tax would be the same throughout the US and not understanding that sales tax and VAT aren't exactly the same. Six years and some change later, I've been keeping all of my small business expense records in Rydoo. It's just me, perhaps a handful of receipts per week. My Rydoo costs doubled from $40 per year to $80 per year from 2016 to 2022. This year, they're increasing the cost to $120 per year and requiring me to pay for five subscriptions (paid in advance), an increase from $80 to $600. I'll be moving my data away from Rydoo - a 15x increase in costs isn't the behavior that I expect from a stable business partner, and I'd caution others to beware.
