Often making a claim was more hassle than it's worth! But with Rydoo it's quick and easy, snap some photos of paper receipts, drag and drop a PDF receipt from a booking website, and even the postcodes of your travel route. With the expenses review process, I can see what's pending, approved, and paid - giving me visibility of my money without having to chase the managers/accountants to see if I can pay my credit card bill on time. **What do you dislike about Rydoo?** In general - really happy with the product and don't have any massive complaints. **What problems is Rydoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a manual system, it took an hour to submit my expenses and they were rarely paid on time. With Rydoo, I can log my expenses in minutes and have confidence that they'll be processed appropriately. Because they're only sorted by date it can get really messy. In addition, the expenses in "to do" are also in "all" categories, so when the merchant and date are the same it quikly becomes a mess. (also "reported" and "rejected" look similar :)) Some rare layout issues, for instance when an expense is rejected, the name of the person who rejected and the explanation text can appear in strange "column text" instead of one line or two, and it becomes unreadable. **What problems is Rydoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Particularly with the app, I gain a lot of time through the day with Rydoo, and conversations with the person who corrects my expenses is easily managed.
