Ruttl has become an indispensable tool in my web design projects, fundamentally changing the way I interact with clients and simplifying the process of gathering feedback through real-time comments. I'm most impressed by Ruttl's ongoing commitment to improvement (new features) and innovation (new applications like chat feedback or PDF review). The customer support was terrible to start but evetnually came around. They then proceeded to charge my card more than the pricing I signed up for. Run the other direction. It's not worth your time. Getting feedback on the website via emails from clients is complex, and not easy to manage the feedback and assign it to the team. But Ruttl can save you from the hassle of getting the feedback in an email to getting the feedback right on the website using comments. The comments can be made into tasks with ClickUp integration.
