The interface is easy to use and always reliable. I began using Route for me for my own personal use, before convincing the owner of our company to purchase the subscription for all of our employees. The livechat support team is highly knowledgeable and quick to respond. If the team can't answer the question, they are swift to forward it on to the subject matter experts and the team will always get back within 24 hours. It is not always obvious when there is an app update, and sometimes the data can come through incorrectly or drivers will experience issues loading with an old version of the app. Although uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the issue 9 out of 10 times, a pop up/alert when there is a new version would he handy. When inputting address .csv files to begin routing, we need to manually search through every address to ensure that the correct address is going into Route4Me. Any addresses that lost their unit number (as an example) during import, has to be entered manually on our run sheets. There was a new update that caused you to have to open a separate window in order to view a route. There was a few times were I had over 500/1000 stops and I wasn't able to create a single map. As with any other software, the time and interest to improve the software is slow and takes a lot of work on the user side. Adding or changing the software requires much time and effort on the customer/user side. Software companies must be more open and willing to work with their clients. Reporting is probably the only issue I have. Amazingly easy to get information into the system, not so easy to get information out. What upe to take 3-4 hours every night can now be done in 30 minutes by one person. The displayed addresses are accurate, and the ability to take a picture at the drop off is an incredibly beneficial tool.
Our drivers love using the tablets as it's very easy for them to get to the customer destination.

The most helpful part of Route4Me is the ability to plug in multiple stops and have a route that has the quickest directions. Then the stops are labeled so that if you need to take one out, add one, or just skip one then you are able to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Several buttons to push when a driver arrives at a location. We cannot mass upload notes/status changes to accounts (which makes isolating collections accounts difficult).
