The job card makes every stage of the job easy to see and easy to access. The measurements tool is simple and easy to use, at least on a desktop. The layout is clean and quite streamlined. I love that you can access documents either through the job card, or through its respective document section, such as invoices or proposals. I love that they have masterclasses and Roofr academy videos in the works. They're always there to answer questions or take suggestions, and they are constantly working to make their platform even better. I love that I can reach out to customers and leave notes for my team and everything is communicated very clearly and efficiently as long as we utilize the tools provided. At first the only resource I thought I had to ask questions was my account manager, but they quickly informed me about the support team and the implementation specialists and that was straightened out quickly. Sometimes when I exit out of a form, it brings me back to the main job page instead of the job card I began working on so then I have to search for the job I was working on again, but I think that is a kink getting worked out. Ease of use. Automatic estimating material list and measurements. Also like the boards to see where we are in production. Peopl actually answer the phone when you call. The customer service and the people behind Roofr are what makes this software great. I also love that I can basically live in Roofr all day and run most of my company from one software. It's extremely user friendly and the onboarding of new members goes very quickly. Even if someone isn't overly comfortable with tech, they can implement Roofr easily. We need the QuickBooks integration ASAP. We also need the ability to track commission by rates so we can easily run commission reports. i.e., self-gen leads get 10% of gross revenue if over a certain profit margin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Roofr makes the whole roofing process easy. From getting a lead from a QR code and an instant estimate, to automated reviews once finished this software has it ALLL. The constant updates and enhancements continue to refine the roofing needs and make our business stand above the rest. I really like how impressive the proposals are; the integrated measurements; the entire package is cost efective for a newish roofing company and roofr will continue to be my goto for years to come. Their team is impressive and attentive to our questions and needs. Being in the industry for many years, I've used other roofing crms and I really love the interface and everday ease of use of Roofr. Most of my biggest complaints have been resolved or are in beta and will be released soon. Some additional suggestions: Job numbers and custom fields under the job view and in the proposal options (colors, shingle/tile/metal/etc), I honestly cannot complain, because anything I've brought up to them they are working on or are considering adding. We have been a part of Roofr for a long time and helped beta test the initial CRM. Based on our feedback, they have expanded to create even better modules for our roofing business. Roofr all around is an amazing company. From their product offerings, fulfillment and especially their customer experience (They have a dedicated channel to review customer feedback to consistently ensure their clients are heard and can be considered for potential iterations... WOW) They are an affordable solution, but you would not guess that by the results their products generate. My name is Michael Stearns and I am the founder of Ascend Digital Agency.
