What do you like best about RocketCyber?

What do you like best about RocketCyber?

We ran into an issue where a customer had active threats hitting their servers and RocketCyber called and began to cut network access to that server, and allowing us to mitigate before bringing it back online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RocketCyber?

I like the 24/7 backend monitoring since our team doesn't work 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketCyber?

Haven't really found nay. There is the occasional false positive, but these days I'd rather have a security systm "err on the side of caution" so to speak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RocketCyber?

The price is hard to beat, deployment is relatively easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketCyber?

I dislike that Kaseya purchased RocketCyber and locked us into a 3 year agreement. Also, the SOC calls for random issues, there is not a lot of granularity. I don't need a 2 AM call to tell me a Sophos agent stopped responding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
