Whenever there is an event, for example an account on a file server is added to an administrative group. Rocket Cyber calls within 5 minutes.

However, the best thing about Rocket Cyber and Kaseya in general is our account manager Max Chirinos. He set us up on RC and is our go to guy on all Kaseya products.
Seriously, If Kaseya keeps hiring guys like Max they'll have a bright future.

The platform has powerful features, packed with innovative tools and advanced functionalities offering a range of benefits. It is a great tool and the implementation process was really simple, especially compare to the competition. The SOC team is fast, responsive and very supportive. RocketCyber's 24x7 SOC team is very quick to call and react in the event of an event that is out of the norm. Deployment only takes a few clicks, making it time efficient for the MSP to deploy. The direct integration with AntiVirus applications, 365, Azure, and other Datto/Kaseya products gives you a single pane of glass to review all of your clients daily in a matter of minutes.
