Easily digestible data about customers broken out into many helpful reporting views. We've been able to cut our paid ads budget 40% and maintain revenues while using this platform. Sometimes poses more questions than answers. Additionally, sometimes the dashboard will break. Also, it required a long period of time to get the amount of data needed to make actionable change. Besides having all the requisite features and tech to perform multi-touch, data-driven attribution, the team at Rockerbox always goes above and beyond to help us troubleshoot, understand trends, glean insights, etc. They're quick to solicit feedback and are continuously improving the product. Attribution can be inconsistent from channel to channel, with some passing back click + view-based interactions, and others only click.
