Number of features is great, we use auto cancel on "ghost" meetings and check in. Rules for recurring meetings is great. All settings around the booking is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too many "small" mistakes.
Like when setting the 24 hour time format, it doesnt show the schedule in 24h, but instead am/pm.
The dashborad/status screen is not accurate on time & date - you did register this as a bug - but haven't solved it.
Tenant trouble when booking throug outlook - cannot acces rooms / placement.
Would like the option to select the schedule window for meeting rooms as a start page.

I like how easy it is to manage the rooms and the information on what each room has. I like the UX of the app, makes it very easy to use for our staff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you need to edit a floor plan, it takes more time then I would like and needs the help from someone at Robin. So if you are going through a big floor redesign (and using desks or adding/removing rooms) it is a bit of a pain point. Also it still sits on top of Microsoft so we have to do some work in Microsoft and Robin, where it would be nice to use just one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Robin is simple for an end user. There isn't a lot of menus or schedules to set up, they are all located in one place. So even a less tech savy person can make full use of the platform. As an admin the it's easy to use the space and desk set up functions, and simple to manage our overall office space. The rollout was easy with a lot of service and support from the Robin team. The advanced analytics suite is very functional for predicting future use based on past performance. It intregated seamlessly with our conference room booking system. Very intuitive to use, that allows for simple and painless reserving of office space. Our firm recently moved to a "hoteling" office space that has limited offices and meeting rooms. The Robin platform was integrated to prevent duplicate reservations and to track the office traffic. The email alerts to check in and confirmation are great as well. How easy it is to customize both your experience as an admin and crate a lay of the land as well as how easy it is for end users to maximize productivity with thi tool.

Some times the refresh rate between meeting room displays and system gets stuck and won't work unless the unit is restarted. While we have seen a decrease in the frequency our users use this app it's still an instrumental tool for our bigges offices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Robin is quite easy to use and set up.
It has built in features that other require additional payments for e.g. creating a map (which in fact is SUPER easy).
I use it on a daily basis and both browser version and mobile app works great and haven;t faced any major issues while using it.

It could be a bit more transparent and allow you to either use map view and simple search (list pick up where you provide filters and have a result of available options). With current mobile app this part is not user friendly and sometimes when I book a desk, a room and parking spot - not all information are being provided on the day summary view.
