I really do love it, it is a bit on the expensive side though. If channel has yet to integrate with something that you would like to try odds are you will not be able to set it up. They don't have good management for amazon sellers selling outside the u.s on. Channel Advisor is a very powerful platform but has a fairly steep path to learning all you can do.

Completely frustrating business rule creation, challenging to confirm whether or not products are actually being blocked.

Online help is virtually non-existent with a support ticket system as the only way to reach someone. They have user forums and a knowledge base, but the entire business rule section should be rebuilt into a more user-friendly setup for regular users and an option for advanced users to write out their rules manually.
