What do you like best about RippleMatch?

Working with my Account Manager, Emily. She is the most valuable part of the service that RippleMatch provides to us. She's knowledgeable, she has great ideas and constructive feedback, and she is always there to answer questions that we have. We wanted to target a larger geographical area for recruitment and RippleMatch solved this for us and more. What problems is RippleMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Historically, we sought out candidates, and now RippleMatch has automated the matchmaking process. It has also helped our brand awareness and granted us access to underrepresented groups. We had improved candidate conversion leveraging RippleMatch this season. You also get a deeper look at candidates (profiles, self-assessments, fit score to your company) for a holistic approach to a candidate (vs. just a resume). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
