I hope that the RippleMatch candidate pool will continue to grow over the coming years. After a certain point in our recruiting season, the algorithm has struggled to source candidates even after algorithm revisions. I wish there was a way to view more of a candidate's application in the system without having to click. When working with such high volumes of candidates, it would be nice to be able to see their responses/location/interest for individual roles on the main screen where the skills and part of their resume is highlighted.
