Its handy to use. We are a team of 3 with 2 phone lines and use this app daily. We alternate who is there and when based on call volume. Calls, Texts and Voicemails come through clear and timely. There are little things like registering address for 911 calls.. we all work from our own homes and the account is listed under the company address.. it will randomly decide it needs the address updated and then calls arent coming through and cannot call out until we re enter the business address. The best thing about the RingCentral DigitalLine is the User-Friendly interface. Anyone with basic computer knowledge can easily use it. Also, it's very easy to get started with, You don't need an expert to download and configure it.

We used ring central for our phone services from day one - for over 13 years. It worked but then when employees left or were terminated - you were locked into a 3 year contract and they would make you pay for the lines you were not using! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This company is only interested in ripping you off. They were charging me 950 a month for using 8 lines and would not let me out of the contract as i had sold off a portion of my business and reduced the size of my company! Even though i had been their client for over 10 years - there is no flexibility. No for the same services and more, and better customer care and service i pay $110 a month!!!!! I love how easy the software is to navigate. All menu options are displayed on the left, so it's easy to keep an overview of your tasks and which items to select for whichever purposes. RingCentral allows for seamless operation, handling multiple calls in a short span of time, as well as keeping a history over every action you have taken through this program. The best thing about RingCentral DigitalLine is the customer friendly interface. Even a guy like me with a very minimum technical knowledge can find the way arround.
