What do you like best about Rilla?

We signed up with Rilla Voice a year ago. Their enthusiasm for customer service is top-notch. They worked with us on edits to the system to better fit our needs. They are building a community of sales reps who can listen and learn from each other.

As a manager, it is helpful to hear how my reps are, or are not, following our company process and how they respond to customers so that I can provide feedback and further coaching. Listening to themselves after an in home sales appointment helps them pick out their weaknesses and how they possibly had misunderstood a customer. What do you dislike about Rilla?

What do you like best about Rilla?

We love using Rilla for three main reasons. It's an excellent tool for our new sales reps to give them best practices. Coaching our sales team. It's also come in handy for those he-said/she-said moments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rilla?

Rilla has made taken a ton of our suggestions over the year to add so many more features, with even more coming down the road. If there's something we don't like or you don't like. Their development team is open to feedback and first class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rilla?

Rilla allows me to do a virtual ride-along. I cannot be everywhere at once. Having the recordings at my fingertips allows me to review a sales rep's appointment any time of the day. I also really like the analytics. I can view some key metrics, such as talk ratio and patience. There are many great coaching tools for a sales manager. It is not just the audio. What do you dislike about Rilla?

Can't think of any. Any issues are usually user errors from the sales rep not picking up the recording. However, the IT team at Rilla is always available for any problems we may come across and are very quick to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rilla?

Easy to use interface. I am an outside sales rep and RillaVoice allows me to use their technology to easily see how I can improve my performance. It provides key metrics using AI. Allows me to see where I can improve in a matter of minutes rather on me reflecting for hours with manual input and review on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rilla?

It frequently logs me out of their app when they do software updates. I wish it had facial recognition for easy log in use. That's my only compliant and it's a trivial one. Everything else is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rilla?

Rillavoice allows me to easily review my sales team's presentations expediently. Thanks to the various built-in tools, I can seamlessly skim through 2-3 hour presentations in a matter of minutes while quickly leaving constructive feedback to the salesperson both privately or with added visibility to relevant organization members who need visibility. What do you dislike about Rilla?

There aren't any downsides that I have experienced after several months of use. My only suggestion, although minor, would be to improve the mobile phone UI when reviewing conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Rillavoice team has fantastic follow up, and the customer service we have experienced has been exceptional. We have been able to streamline our process for reviewing calls for use in the training of our estimators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
