I love that we can text our patients and communicate in real-time with them. Texting allows patients the option to text us when they have time during their busy schedule. It plugs in our patient's appointments for us and sends automated reminders for appointments. I also love how we can send notes and messages to teammates within Rhinogram. This allows everyone to stay in the loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downfall would be that when patients text 2 to cancel their appointment, it does not talk to our Greenway schedule. It means we have to go in and cancel. That is the only flaw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best features for Rhinogram are user-friendly, accessibility and simply convenience. We began using Rhinogram towards the end of 2019 and had a chance to get familiar with its features and what it had to offer for our office. Our team was able to navigate Rhinogram very easily once implemented where a quick training just walked us through how to use it. Here is where it is user-friendly where it was very easy for all age groups at our office were able to send messages and know how to communicate with our patients in all aspects. Accessibility to all of our patients with just a message has been the best thing to happen to our office. We have been able to get in touch and communicate with people within seconds any time of the day. This has benefited our office in aspects of needing to close the office last minute due to a doctor emergency and being able to message patients the night before from home remotely and get in touch with rescheduling appointments. People carry their phones all the time so communication is easy and reliable. Our team can also be on a physical call while sending a separate message out contacting a different patient at the same time making it easy to get two jobs done at the same time. It is also great because Rhinogram is HIPAA compliant so it puts our office at ease that we are communicating with patients while following all the right guidelines and respecting their privacy and information as well. Rhinogram makes it easy to access patient messaging as we get to categorize our own folders and assign patients to a specific folder to have organization and communication. Convenience – it saves us time when contacting patients. Usually people don’t time answering phones these days, so instead of voicemails we send a message to them now. We have noticed an incredible response and are able to get in touch with recall patients easier or simply just sending quick messages about financials or anything at all.

No dislikes or complaints towards Rhinogram. I really have not run into any major issues that have caused a disruption in my workflow. If any technical issues have occurred they have always been very minor and easy to resolve with a quick message being sent to their support team. Occasionally messages show failed, but usually there is an explanation why (non-textable number or phone is out of service) or the issue resolves itself and the failed message goes away. Our appointment dropdown that displays when the patients next appointment is disappeared at one point as well, but once I reached out to their support team the issue was fixed and resolved within minutes. At times phone numbers unlink to patients information and either I refresh the software to resolve the problem or message their support team and again, within minutes the number is back up and linked again. Since we cannot add the number ourselves, the support team needs to be the one to do so. You would think it’s frustrating, but their response is instant so it has no effect as it is being done immediately. In all, any of these minor technical errors have never interrupted our workflow or caused issues with getting messages out. Rhinogram is always working on updates and making sure the software works properly. And again, their team is really just a message away to resolve any issue and are so helpful. We love the efficiencies that Rhinogram gives us! There is much less time on the phone for staff members, and patients can quickly respond to us and us to them. We text instructional links to our YouTube videos regarding caring for their braces or aligners, how to handle emergencies, and more. This is an easy way for the patient and family to review after an appointment or in response to things that come up during treatment. Appointment confirmations from Rhinogram show up right on our schedule. I wish we could attach PDF files with any text we send. We currently only have the ability to text PDF files if they are part of a template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that when we send photos to patients, it shows up as a secure link that they have to click. I feel like it potentially looks a little spammy to the patient. I wish we could just text them a photo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
