Trial members not as equals makes in reports makes it challenging to get the reports that are needed. I figured a work around on my own once customer support tells me there is no report. The Dashboard doesn't depict my accurate numbers and I am not sure how the information is computed. So I keep a spreadsheet to give me my numbers. Having access during operating hours would be helpful when trying to use the system. Locating help without having to call the office or sending in an email would be beneficial. I've used mindbody, zenplanner and a couple other gym software platforms but RhinoFit seems to be the best deal and has great support. I've only had to call in about a few things that I needed help with but I've received quick help everytime. I also like that I can have as many members as I like without getting charged more. The billing system is super easy to use and setup. The automated emails and mailchimp integration make it easy to keep up with the gym and keep members informed. In the beginning they had a few bugs in the system especially with reports but now it seems to be working really well. Or maybe it was just a learning curve for me... The screen freezes up. Wod page step. Takes to much time to add wod. The olds wods always show up first on the screen. When adding a drop if the person is a repeat I can select the person I have to keep creating like it’s a first time drop in.

I love how easy it is for staff and clients to use. Creating and configuring classes is easy and everything is relatively organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems to benefit CrossFit boxes, especially with how it prioritizes benchmarks and such. Even though it has an Assessment option, loading test scores is cumbersome. If RhinoFit could implement some sort of spreadsheet format where I could easily enter test results into a pre-formatted sorted data collector, I would find more functionality within the software.
I also wish there were self-customization options for iFrame (calendars, kiosks, etc. ) rather than emailing and waiting for RhinoFit tech to do it for me.
The app doesn't seem to work with web browsers on mobile devises. I realize that having clients download the mobile app solves that. Not a huge deal.
I'd like to have time locks on session times. For example, I want to set a 12-hour window prior to the start of class that locks people in or out. Last minute additions or cancellations are frustrating.
Finally, I'd like to see a more mobile friendly kiosk app. In order to use it on my tablet's web browser, I have to zoom in far in order for clients to even see their names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
