So far my only feedback was that I found it difficult to locate my billing invoices or update my billing contact information, however, I got in touch with support and they assisted me right away. So rewind does meet all our requirements. GDPR compliance being one of them. Features are easy to understand. I had a minor issue which we had caused our selves but wasn't uncommon in the process, this issue is common because of how atlassian doesn't enforce the use of service account for backup tools and the team helped me out great. All though it took a little time too time differences. We solved our requirements. With virtually no time wasted escalating the issues and clear instructions on what their team needs from us. For the application it self, it is pretty straight foward. You run your application and the back up stars running. We also discussed briefly how to prevent this issues for others in the future. And the team have let known they will make the improvements suggested. With all hurdles taken away now on our side it's very easy to intergrate in our backup for both Jira & Confluence. Rewind is a fantastic way of mitigating against loss of data for your Trello boards. Technical support was supberb! Federica was assigned to my case and followed up intently to ensure the problem was resolved on time, even setting up a virtual meet to troubleshoot and pinpoint the issue.
