Rewind Backups provide specific granularity for your instances. I find it easy to setup, configure and test. The functions are very transparent and easy to use. The administration and transition to an SSO login went flawlessly. The collaboration with the development department, including the direct implementation of parts of our feedback, is very productive, direct, and always an open exchange. I use Rewind Backups for my BigCommerce sandbox and production environment. It solves the issue of backups flawlessly, allowing us to revert back quickly if we run into any issues or errors on the site. I have installed rewind backups to a github account in order to protect code that is used for my business, as a software company will be working on our code and I wanted it to be protected in case of any issues. I now feel safe to move forward with this thanks to Rewind.
