The best thing about ReviewStudio is the ease of use and implementation team-wide. We were looking for a solution to proof graphic images when we came across a blog post about the "10 Best" whatever it said "collab tools/software/proofing," etc, and having used other tools in the past as far back as the mid-2000s most seemed like worse versions than what I remembered, until Review Studio. I signed up for our company and was very happy to see the tool itself was top-notch, but when I reached out to customer support to answer some of the dozens of Q's that were coming to mind, I was pleasantly surprised how responsive and caring they were. That sealed the deal for me right there. Great tools are nice, but when it's crunch time and you need help and can't get it, it doesn't matter. Conversely, when you need it and know you can count on them, it's a game changer. Using it nearly every day for multiple aspects of our publishing projects, it's nice to know the reliability is there, and it's a no-brainer to keep using it. The other only thing worse than bad support is justifying keeping something around that's a "love/hate" relationship. With Review Studio, you can have the good with the great. The different plan limitations. I'm sure, like anyone, it would be nice to have more features on the lower tier plans and lower pricing on the upper. It's still very much worth it as it's a premium product, but if that ever changed, I wouldn't be upset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that we're able to share assets for review to multiple stakeholders, and can specify whether the review should be open (every reviewer can see each others comments) or private (reviewers can only see thier own comments). This is so functional for our team who work with cobranded assets regularly, and only want to field feedback on an individual basis. ReviewStudio has streamlined our pdf proofing process. Before using ReviewStudio, pdf proofs were sent to clients through emails. With ReviewStudio, internal users have access to a dashboard that shows the status of proofs that have been shared with clients. Clients have the ability to add comments and annotations inside the review, which is visable to everyone who has access to the review. The upside of ReviewStudio is that everyone is notified at the same time about the status of review. There is no waiting for emails to be sent and resent to notify others of an approval. The one issue, although I woudn't really call a downside, is setting up workflows. We had a few hiccups as we were creating various workflows, but the team at ReviewStudio was helpful to get these resolved in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Is totally fine that the page is providing a default environment for collaboration, allowing all elements expected, comments approval, versioning. Notify and tagging on comments is very usefull also.
