Their support service is fast and resolves issues usually immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That customers are less familiar with the platform in the UK and that trust pilot seems to have a greater 'trust' perception. The portal is a little confusing to navigate as a business owner. It's not clear what the customer receives in terms of combined emails 'invitations' and that the collector page is actually what the customer sees to leave their review. I also don't find it helpful that when customers leave a combined review but actually only leave a company review that you can't see what product they purchased. The Reviews.io platform will fulfil all of your needs. It integrates seamlessly with our Shopify stores and has many widgets to pick from, enabling reviews to be present on each step of a customers journey. There's also an integration with Klaviyo which allows for full control of review notification emails, both from a branding and segmentation perspective.
