As a new customer, it's nice to know you can reach out and get help. I've done this a few times and each time I've had satisfactory responses. Also, their prices are better than TP and so feel you get more bang for your buck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been working with Amador specificially as we had an issue with our star rating showing up on Google. Amador resolved the issue by reaching out to google and kept me in the loop the whole time. Reviews.io is a great platform for collecting customer reviews, there are many website widgets to choose from, allowing you to create a widget that is on-brand. The team constantly makes improvements to the platform and adds new features. The analytics are easy to use and insightful. It is easy to integrate reviews into your e-commerce site and customise the review collection to suit the needs of your business. If I've ever needed any assistance, the online chat function is easy and quick to use and the reviews team has always been very helpful, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We chose Reviews.io as we felt initially that the look of the product on the site was the best on the market. It was the simplest implementation and it really does everything that we could ask it to do. Any questions that we have are managed efficiently and quickly. The portal is easy to use and self-explanatory and the reviews are easy for our customers to complete. We investigated all of the normal review platforms and I am delighted with out choice. Sometimes it is OK not to go with the market leaders. Smaller brands can often offer a better product and service, as in the case of Reviews.io Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Glenn came up with a suitable solution to meet our exact needs when we outgrew our existing plan.
Integration with website is simple
Features like customer photo and video reviews that certain other platforms don't offer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently we only can set a fixed delay (in days) for emails to be sent after an order has been completed. However as orders are dispatched all throughout the day this means that emails get sent all throughout the day and almost exclusively during the weekdays.
I would like to be able to set specific days such as for all emails to be sent on Saturdays or at set times only ( e.g between 6pm & 9pm)

Dug into the flow system over the last couple of days which, once overcoming some rather illogical rules caused by what appears to be a flaw in the core queueing system , I eventually, after several reworks, came up with something that at least mostly resembled what I wanted.
After that, I then found out it was not possible to re-assign the existing queued invites to the flow setup using the re-assigning function in the invitations page, and was told I would need to pause them all and use the csv upload to reimport them. More extra steps caused by the same queueing flaw.
So then I ask how to export the list of queued invitations because I can't see an export button, only to be told that I need to go to my ecommerce system and export all the necessary orders from there and work out which ones to import manually one by one - more arbitrary steps that could be easily solved in the UI.
Everything in this process feels like it was designed with no thought for the actual user.

Kai Jensen is a brilliant support advisor, he is quick to respond to queries I send over and gives good detailed advice to help me. Lots of free widgits to use although I need our web developer to add them to the website as its code you have to copy, if there was a Magento 1 integration I could add them myself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A plug-in for Magento 1.0 would be great so we could time the review emails to be sent 7 days after the delivery date not 7 days after the customer receives their dispatch email as we dispatch orders in advance as it can take 4-5 working days to get to the customer so some emails are asking for a review before the customer actually has had their delivery. Also could like the option to delete an invitation to someone rather than just keep them paused and make sure I don't un-pause them by accident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
