I was initially attracted to Reviews.co.uk / Reviews.io by the flexible rolling contract they offer, this is not offered by many competing review platforms.
Additionally, they are easily contactable and always happy to help. I would like to specifically thank Kai for helping me with some issues we had with a duplicate profile, he got the problem fixed and supported us throughout the process.

Reviews.io was straightforward to sign up for and integrate with our website. The widgets look sleek and have a good level of customisation options. The price point was a main deciding factor in moving away from our previous reviews provider. The communication from Kieran from the initial approach and throughout the setup where required was always prompt and friendly. Mollie helped to get our previous reviews imported and fix a couple of small issues for us which left us with very little to do other than decide which widgets looked best! The ability to create social images featuring the reviews through the platform was really good. Also having the ability to have company level reviews that we could host on the home page was the one thing that I really miss now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It lacked the ability to syndicate reviews across multiple sites or group different variants of the same product together for combined review ratings at the time when we switched. However, I believe they do offer this now. Would have also been good if it integrated with HubSpot better so we could send via our own platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We really love the ease of use and flexibility of reviews.io, as well as the much more reasonable cost. As good as the platform is, their support is even better. The reviews need special conditions set to be able to pull the star rating through to google. This may be a limitation of google, but our setup doesn't meet the conditions frustratingly. We would like 'company' reviews pulled through, but this is only possible with 'product' reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
