Always releasing new features and really easy to use. Great tools such as the social media integration and the new video review feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing I have come across that I don't like! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reviews.io is the most friendly and fair reviews company I've ever worked with. They actually care about the fairness of reviews on the platform and take all requests very seriously. You can't get this kind of support and involvement on other reviews platforms!

The ability to direct invitations to both Reviews.io and external review platforms such as Google or Facebook and monitor our growth across all of our online pages.

No obvious downsides. If I was nitpicking I would like a more user-friendly interface for creating templates (You have to type in a small box at the side rather than in the large central preview) however this is negligible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a somewhat a-typical setup when it comes to our main online store... a large, frequently growing, frequently updating catalogue, orders comprised of *many* line-items (including many bundles, promo gifts, hidden products, etc.), orders to far-flung international destinations (meaning varied lead-times in terms of receipt) and all built upon Bigcommerce (a reasonably popular, robust platform but not nearly as popular or well catered for with plugins/by developers as Shopify). Thanks to Glenn, the support team and the flexible API? All could be catered for! The interface is a joy to use too... it's clean, simple and, most importantly, responsive! We've historically struggled with review platforms have to query and page our 1000's of legacy product reviews (going back 8 years!!) but the UI stays snappy here! Not alot! Initial issues around the quirks of Bigcommerce integration which caused some early headaches could be relatively easily worked around via API, ditto making allowances for the size & complexity of our online orders and large (messy) catalogue. From our previous reviews platform we were used to a little more sophistication around vouchers/coupon codes sent to customers as rewards/incentives for posting but the Reviews.io team explained the tightening of regulations around heavy use of these in terms of securing those important Google stars (so something we needed to back-pedal on a bit in any case!) I can not justify writing anything that i dislike. You can't really go wrong with using Reviews.io Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They have great widgets which look sleek when integrated into our site. Their support team are very attentive and are very quick to sort out any issues we may have. I recently spoke with Glenn who helped us upgrade to new features and talk us through how we could look to improve the review process and give peace of mind to potential future customers. My only gripe is that unfortunately they don't yet integrate with ReBuy, but that is only a very small issue and is something they're looking into integrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is easy to navigate, the functionality is excellent, getting up and running was remarkably straight forward. It's early days for us but the potential Reviews.io brings is huge.
Integration to Social Media makes for ease of great content generation and the Social Proof section enabling the publishing of individual reviews with an eye-catching banner is quick and easy to put together from your desktop. Download the Reviews.io content App and you can see your Reviews and create banners for posting to Social Media while mobile.
Support via our Customer Success Executive was and is, outstanding; initially guiding us through all aspects of the platform on a scheduled Call. Following their tuition during the course of 45 minutes we allocated time that afternoon to create our Reviews Booster mailing list which resulted in a number of reviews being left for us almost immediately.
The widgets for integration to websites are versatile and varied, enabling the viewing Product and Company reviews across the pages of our website.

Had a call with Vilash today. She was amazing at explaining the benefits of features I didnt even know about that would be perfect for my developing business. I have since set up my subscription, set up reviews.io within my website, and drafted a reviews email. This all done in one hour after 6 weeks of procrastination because once she explained the power or reviews.io, she left me totally motivated. Thank you Vilash.
