We are very satisfied so far. The first positive experiences started even before Subscription launched. We received excellent support in answering our questions, which helped us to compare and evaluate reviews with other systems.

All questions we had during implementation and later during use were answered promptly and to our complete satisfaction.

We especially like the great flexibility of being able to decide not only between company and product reviews and combined review requests. The use of photos and videos is also great. The same goes for the many customization options in terms of widgets and complete integration into your own corporate design and the options for creating images for social media activities.

We miss the possibility to save and reuse created widget templates, in order to be able to make adjustments quickly and easily, without having to perform the entire configuration of the widget including layout and design again.

Furthermore, we would like to see a slightly different structure of the offered plans. Especially for smaller stores the costs are not insignificant. Here it would be nice if then also in the entry plan more features were included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
