We use Reviews.io as our main review platform and it works brilliantly for us. The customer service is incredible too, all questions and queries are answered very promptly and the team are great. The latest query I had was answered by Mollie, a Customer Service Lead, and she was brilliant. I only hope if I have a query again, she can answer it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I switched from trustpilot and never looked back. Their support is very good, their product actually works with magento 2.4.4 and has features I didnt know i couldn't live without and trustpilot does NOT have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

only downside is the a la cart adding of certain things I feel should be part of the package.

The only negative would be Trustpilot is still the most widely used platform and we are inevitably going to continue collecting natural reviews on there. Luckily Reviews.io can direct review requests from their platform over to Trustpilot which is super. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
