It took a while (maybe 2 years from first subscription) to get a dedicated support. The 1-2-1 support made a huge difference and increase the value of the service provided as well as our success with the platform. It can be quite a "complicated" platform to use when navigating on your own so I appreciated receiving the support, even though we didn't get it at the start. Reviews.io comes with pretty much all you need in terms of review collection. I like that it can add customer and product attributes to the reviews, making them more informative. The flow function is helpful to set up follow-ups and etc. And most importantly, the reviews can be syndicated across multiple subdirectories as we sell in different countries/marketplaces. The integration process was very difficult for us. It took us over a month to figure out how to set it up properly with the website. You cannot talk to/email their developer directly; everything will be done through their general customer support team. There are good ones but sometimes also not that good support staff.
