This an updated review following a need to get advice on new features and those under utilised. The team members Adam and Alice responded to and solved the

chat support query promptly.

Then I asked for some advice which to better understand my questions an invite to pick an appointment time was sent, I selected one for an hour later.

Kai called, listened, guided and helped identify which features of many was the most appropriate to make plans to use.

My suggestion on a possible feature I would like he immediately recognised, noted and my queries answered quickly. Followed up with an email summary of the purpose, actions and outcomes.

A review collecting platform can claim trust, transparency and integrity. I had to make informed decisions as to who to trust with our client review invitations several years ago with a limited budget.

In comparing Trustpilot with Reviews.io the difference has been as clear as day and night, not just because of the cost difference. My original and this updated review attest to a consistency to deliver improvements and maintain quality.

Reviews.io and staff are efficient which is important not just for them as a solution provider for my company but also for my clients which is more important to my company.

Reviews.io should get more reviews than it does, hence why I took the time to write this.

Not really any dislikes but a selfish "I want something" that few might want, a Linkedin Integration to create posts from the review and for clients to send endorsements anonymously from from linkedin without being identified publically but verified by authentification. I have been trying to find a reliable and valuable platform for our agency to enhance our clients' website and CRM conversion. I have tried working with the likes of Trustpilot and Okendo, to name a few. All of the ones I have used previously are either overpriced or have terrible customer service (sometimes both).

Moving to Reviews.IO was an interesting choice as they encompass a loyalty-based program, Influence.IO. The functionality I have had with Reviews/Influence IO far outperforms any third-party review platform I have worked with. I highly recommend them if you're looking to allow your community to drive what it means to be part of your brand.

Working with Kai and Jacob has been a great process. Admittedly, there are always blockers when trying to implement a whole new tech stack, mainly because of the size of the client I am working with on this particular case. However, both have worked tirelessly and listened to my feedback to ultimately deliver a killer functionality that has left our client incredibly happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the integration, I would like to see more of an onboarding plan for core CRM's being use, be it Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Braze. This would hopefully minimise the workload on Reviews.IO in terms of being on the chat and enable brands or agencies onboard faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been a customer of reviews.io for a number of years now. The service just works and we've grown our reviews over the years. The team have always been very responsive when i've reached out - having someone there on live chat on the rare occasion we need something is very reassuring.

Their API allows us to incorporate reviews easily into our site, and we also appreciate that their platform prompts users to share photos of their products, and we've seen some great UGC images come in this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
