We have been using Reviews.io for several years now as our main reviews platform at Play it Koi. The service we receive is always superb. The customer support that we receive is consistently excellent. And in our most recent example with agentTrilok, he most recently provided with some technical issues and was extremely fast, polite, courteous and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish we could figure out a way to include a printed reviews.io request to a customer inside of the physical package we ship them. One with like a custom QR code or something that we could slip into their package so that when the open it, they just scan and can give the review right then and there. The only downside is the pricing; while the basic plans are reasonably priced, the costs for additional features like product grouping for bundles can be quite expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support is absolutely brilliant. As we are a marketplace the integration has been complicated and they have been so helpful with ensuring hat everything was working. We worked hard to have all our email notifications go through Klaviyo but in hindsight I think they are probably better through reviews.io. The price! We have thousands of products as we are a marketplace but we're also very much a small business and this is definitely a crunch.

I think the other thing is the email address. Many are ending up in spam due to the name being noreply@ (for the booster) or are getting completely blocked. Completely understand this is an issue for all businesses but just mentioning :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our initial positive impression of Reviews.io has significantly changed over time. The platform's pricing structure is a major concern, especially for businesses with multiple stores. At $750 per month for at least one store for review syndication (sharing reviews across multiple stores for the same product), it's costly compared to competitors offering similar features for around $15 monthly. Our 3 stores, if it stays in a functional plan, will cost us $1050 total. ($750+150+150)This high cost extends to basic functionalities like sending review requests from your email. We've also encountered technical issues, such as synchronisation problems due to our use of different order status designations on our WooCommerce store, with inadequate support responses saying this is not something they support. The platform's lack of flexibility hinders our ability to adapt it to our business needs alone or make prices less prohibitive for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This review platform has been perfect for us over the years. Integrates perfectly with our website, packed full of features, and on the odd occasion it is needed, support is very quick and friendly. Reviews.io has been an invaluable tool for our business to connect with customers and gain valuable insights on their experience with our product and service. Reviews.io is super easy to use. We have integrated it to our customer servcie portal so we can be quick to respond to negative reviews, as well as thanking all of our customers for the positive ones. Our social media team regularly pull our graphics and reviews to communicate our successes and our customers responses to them.

We are in the middle of getting Reviews.io set up for store fronts in other lanaguages. They can now translate reviews and serve 100% translated info to our German, French etc pages - its going to hugely imprive the info we can serve customers.

Also if you ever need to conatct them there is always someone to help super quick at reviews.io. Its a great service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wish it had a native integration to Insider. But this may be in INsider's end as they dont seem very proactive on building native integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have moved to Reviews.io from Trustpilot and I cannot stress how easy this transistion has been.

Reviews.io is full of simple and intuitive features, like quick replies to reviews, great analytics including an ai tool that summarises what reviewers think about your company, and all the widgets you would ever need. They can even import your old reviews for you.

Simple features - built out my email templates and flows in minutes with a very easy interface.
