The review response field could be a be a bit better. Main issue I kept having is not being able to add a new line to the response by just hitting enter or shift + enter. If I do that, the entire response isn't formatted as I intended and is just in a single line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am working with Klaviyo and the integration between Reviews.io and Klaviyo is just great. Reviews.io has soo many cool features. You can ask for the NPS-Score, you can ask specific questions for specific products and showcase it in a cool scale and the customer service is just amazing and has the most friendly and helpful people working there.

Once you have the set up of the templates customized, everything works automatically - you'll be collecting reviews on an ongoing basis, with the ability to customize the ratios between google, reviews.io local, and other 3rd party sites.
