I like the fact they constantly are investing in products, new tech making their product more and more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike Trustpilot, it's the most unethical review platform, which can cripple businesses ( large and small ) whereas reviews.io is the complete antithesis of this! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer support has been exceptional from Daniel, he went over and beyond on some back end coding, help with template variables and more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Features like customer attributes not being made available on lower priced plans Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using review.io for about 5 years now to collect feedback from our customers. The platform helps us understand where we do well and what to improve. The platform is secure to fend off spam reviews and keep them genuine.
I like their annual plans to keep the budget in control for a small business like ours. Also, reviews.io allows you to export the reviews when you decide to leave them - so that you are not stuck with them forever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A minor thing, but some of the widgets are hard to implement and need quite a lot of fiddling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reviews io support was exceptional and the help documents that they provided were excellent. Really helps an administrator make changes on their own without always depending on developers for everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike so far, only positive feedback from my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using some review collection services for a while like Trustpilot or sitejabber and I can definitely tell that reviews.io is the best (sounds like I'm promoting this company, as I mention their name in a review, but I don't!)
To begin with: Why Reviews io is better that Trust Pilot? I've been using Trustpilot for 3 month and have collected more than 15 reviews, for someone it's nothing, but my business was new, so that was just amazing option to add some trust score to my website (as it was only 3 months old). First of all, to add a badge with your reviews quantity from truspilot, you have to pay them over $250 (it was June, 2022, Idk how much today). And once I've paid this money, they removed my website from their platform just for using their website paid version (my content is anabolic sterodis, so it violates their rules, I got that) But the thing is that I was removed just because I've actually paid them. My competitors, which I won't complain on, they collect hundreds of reviews, just staying out of algorithm, never registrated on their website. So was it fair to remove me just so I've used their platform and actually pay them while others do the same, actually violating their rules, but don't use their paid version to promote, and they stay on their platform for years? I don;t think is fair. Hovewer, I've never mentioned my competitors to them, as I don;t won't them to be removed just because I'm angry trustpilot has this selective policy towards their clients is also completely not in their favor! So if you are a business owner - never use Trustpilot, just stay with reviewsoi awesome service
Secondly: support team. Reviews io support is awesome, all my problems were always solved. They cost $99 for my plan, which I'm completely satisfied with, worth every penny. Compared to sitejabber, which is free, but doesn't allow to automatically collect reviews (which is very uncomfortable in sitejabber) and also bulking collection in sitejabber doesn't convert into reviews at all (2 out of 30) while I have like 30% rate with reviews io.
Wrap up: Reviews io is my favorite review collection service: 1) doesn't cost top dollar 2) have the best support team 3) don't have stupid rules and won't remove you from their platform without warning 4) is very comfortable to use 5) has lots of features 6) their bulk collection converts!
I'm totally happy with these guys Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing like that! But they require me to say at least something so I'll just wish a great day to everyone who reads this part! Regarding something where I'd like to see improvements: maybe just some more variations of reviews widgets to place on your website, but nothing to complain about, really Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support has always been very helpful and the pricing incredibly competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Struggling to think of any it works pretty well, probably don't have a wide an array of functionality as Yotpo but does what we need exactly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
