Flowers to the staff. Customer service is A1, reps are quick to respond and super helpful. My helper Kai took a load off my shoulders. I was having so much trouble figuring out how to install widgets into my Shopify theme, so I messaged the help centre, and straight away, Kai told me to send over the code, and it would be sorted for me. I didn't have to do anything aside from confirming where I wanted the widget placed. Honestly am happy I switched from my previous review provider to reviews.io. This company because it's efficient, easy to navigate through the dashboard, has a super helpful team, affordable pricing and a variety of widgets to play with. I dont have any downsides to state, as I am generally satisfied with the service. Still, I guess it would be handy if the custom review widget could upload videos/pictures directly to the widget instead of waiting for n an email to be sent out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to integrate with Shopify. The reviews.io team were more than helpful, both before we signed up and were evaluating options, to the post sign-up support from Glenn and the support team. Any time we've needed some support, like making styling tweaks to widgets to match our team it has been lightning fast. The support team via live chat are great to deal with and we have felt supported at every step of the way.

I love how easy it has been to integrate with our site, from adding widgets to creating our own reviews page, it has all been very easy and being an official Google reviews partner was a vital criteria for us. The price and contract terms are fair and we're very happy with the SEO side of things so far. The twitter integration is a great idea but would be good to be able to customize the text ourselves. The UGC social proof share graphics are also a great idea but would be better if we could update these with our own styling and retain this as a template, rather than having to customise them individually.
