The customer service and technical support at Reviews.io is incredible. I have had to contact them a few times for different issues, relating to either something technical or my account, and each representative I have spoken to has gone out of their way to be helpful. They are very knowledagble - was speaking to Daniel today and he (along with a nameless backroom dev!) helped point me in the right direction with getting some custom code together to modify the review widget.
Stuff like this makes a real difference and allows me to get the most out of the app.

It would be nice if there was a pricing plan between Early Stage and Growth. We will probably upgrade to the Growth plan in the coming months, but it would have been nice to have a stepping stone price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reviews.io have helped us with 2 different migrations; one from another review platform and one when we moved the domain of one of our brands. On both occasions they were knowledgable and made the task easy for us.

It would be great if they offered a 'piggy bank' service for unused invitations. We have high volume and low volume months so we need a high volume package to account for the peaks but that allocation is not necessary every month.
If they allowed the brand to roll over any unused invitations it would make it the bets platform out there, in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
