They're obviously hungry to disrupt the industry. Even in the last 12 months, the functionality they have added for eComm brands is unbelievable. I have yet to see another platform that can do all that Reviews.io can do. I also adore the Klaviyo integration. Maddox in customer support is also a hero for us the last few weeks! Jake in live chat was excellent. Very good knowledge of coding and integrations, much more so than other live chat reps. I know quite a lot in this field, magento and klaviyo and Jake is the only person who really knew what he was talking about. There are a few things about the app's usability that are not very helpful like the way you make the e-mail templates or the way you manage the atributes and grouping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
