Every website and business needs to collect reviews. The platform must be fully verified with google and have every feature available to enebale collection and publishing of these reviews. I signed up and found it easy to get started collecting in a very professional way. There are simple widgets etc that allow publishing immediately.

The best part is the always available online helpdesk with real people.

If you are a shopify user they have more automations, for woocommerce there is more manual work, but none of it difficult.
