The first thing, i would like to drag attention why I got attracted towards Revegy?
I worked with my clients in my career specially Fujitsu, Comcast, AMS and few others using Revegy. It influences me to use Revegy. When I started my Business Startup that covers Cloud Telephony Industry, I used Revegy and literally i get outstanding results.
In terms of client building it's best, It helps a lot to understand client needs thoroughly. for me or my team it's like a relationship liason to catalyse client relationship and obviosuly it results in revenue too.
Aesthical performance review and reporting feature is also a speciality. Even we dont much need to use customer support but yes it's awesome. rarely we used to be in touch once or twice but the experience is really pleasant.
If i say in a single line Revegy is like a inhouse sales man for a company who uses it.

Though I don't think there is anything that i I dislike, Yeah! but everything needs improvement all the time.
Timely R&D is very important and make it more and more user friendly.

Revegy makes you go through a structured process and creates artifacts that can continue to be reused by you and others who take over accounts after you. It can be very thorough and makes you think through the selling process and not skip steps that you are tempted to glaze over in the rush to make a sale. The user interface and ease of use of the tool leaves something to be desired. It is functional and usable and you can learn to use it, but it is not the most intuitive interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Documenting and collaborating on strategic account plans and near term tactical opportunity plans is the only way to determine where gaps and barriers are and how to create action plans to overcome them. The components in the Revegy plan really highlight that. The red/amber/green coloring on relationship health and qualification scorecards is an excellent visual on where trouble areas exist.
I also like the customization of the tool to the needs of our company. It adjusts to the needs of the size of the company and their sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I can think of is inconsistent use across the sales organization. It's difficult to measure impact when managers don't coach to the tools or require certain tools be completed. So that's not really a Revegy issue, but an adoption issue.
The one area that can be improved, not visible to the user, but to me as administrator is the back end user group set up. Member, owner, both, etc. are confusing and challenging when groups/organizations change. A lot of the layers of grouping seem unnecessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the relationship maps and how they integrate with Salesforce. They are easy to learn, easy to edit and easy to share across our teams. The notifications for team objectives in the plan don't send reminders to team members when new action items are assigned or updated. If we are not on a call together and don't send follow ups manually, team members are not receiving updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
