If you're considering using Rev.io for your billing needs, think twice. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite charging us hundreds of thousands of dollars during our business relationship, their real colors showed once our contract ended. The billing practices we encountered were not only exorbitant but also shockingly disproportionate to the services provided.

To make matters worse, after ending our relationship, Rev.io handed us over to Tucker Albin and Associates, a collections agency with a notorious reputation, which you can verify through a simple Google search. This firm’s approach to collections is aggressive and crosses lines that should never be crossed, reflecting poorly on Rev.io for choosing such an associate.

I strongly advise anyone considering Rev.io to reconsider. Their unethical practices extend from billing to how they handle their collections. There are many other service providers out there who offer ethical billing practices and respect the law and their clients.
