Resource Management does not support work items tied to subphases. My company builds projects in Smartsheet but tracks hours using Resource Management. For our purposes, we need to track usage by different phases of the project; this lack of full integration requires additional work on my end by generating reports in Resource Management and then updating our Smartsheets weekly. Additionally, while I like the report function, it would be better if certain conditions could be pre-set (like generating reports of hours and $ instead of days) instead of having to "save" a report to my page to use week to week. The biggest thing I dislike about this program is how updates into the spreadsheet do not automatically save.
