I am able to track my time for various projects and various sub-tasks which overall impact the cost of projects and allow for possible better time allocation in the future. It's quite easy to use on a daily basis.
The projects are searchable and work with just partial names if you can't figure out exactly what it's called. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that I don't have a static timesheet and that the timer is not great to use.
Time after one week is locked off for users which can really impact those that work nights or non-standard shifts. This effectively means you need to clock your time before the end of a day that the administrator has chosen and there is no extra time for corrections/additions after the fact.
