Being form the retail industry it helps us be very focussed as a company at all levels to be customer centric .it helps us to take key decsions on various fronts - people , marketing and training and there by helping us achieve our desired revenue goals .Also understand what my customer feels in any part of the country without having too many feet of the ground allows me to run a discounter model business profitable and efficient . What do you like best about Resonate CX?

Love how easy it is to view responses and NPS from a wide range of our services, regions and states, across various date ranges. We are able to self serve and create our own reports, while Resonate has been very supportive in providing us with insights and suggestions. What do you dislike about Resonate CX?

It has been a little tricky to update our school contact details however with our new database and potential API link we should be able to ensure better data quality here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Resonate CX?

Resonate is pretty straightforward and easy to access. I like that we can see the sentiments of the people being on the receiving end of the service. I also like that they are getting a sample of the population and creating a report about the parents' feedback. What do you like best about Resonate CX?

Resonate platform has an easy to read and adaptable to my needs. The CX department has been helpful with any issues that arrise and have implemented changes based on feedback provided. What problems is Resonate CX solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform allows me to look at large amounts of customer survey data over different periods of time while easily be able to pinpoint small datasets in detail. With the favorites functions, I am able to tailor the settings to meet my needs and allow for quick and easy access to the data I need at that time. What do you like best about Resonate CX?

As a member of a healthcare-focused, profit-for-purpose organisation, my team and I have partnered with Resonate to develop our Voice of Customer Program and Customer Experience Principles, by integrating our strategy with this platform. This has transformed our front-line teams' view and understanding of customer sentiments accessed by this valuable tool through their verbatim comments and informed us of improvements to our services and training programs. The setup was straightforward. The team at Resonate is a strategic partner in developing our VoC, and is always readily available to assist. At an executive-level reporting and best practices shared in the CX space have proven informative using sentiments and data to support decision making. The insights and data are presented in an easily digestible platform for all levels of our teams from the Frontline to managers and executive level insights. What do you like best about Resonate CX?

Resonate CX has been instrumental in our NPS program. Their user-friendly platform simplifies survey setup, data analysis, and insights extraction. Whenever we’ve had questions, their prompt support team has been responsive. Most importantly, Resonate doesn’t just provide scores; they offer actionable insights that have helped us enhance our customer experience. What do you dislike about Resonate CX?

A minor area of improvement. While Resonate CX provides a user-friendly platform, one limitation is a lot of the program / interface changes have to be managed by their support team, and cannot be implemented by the user. Mostly understanding Customer Sentiment. Our surveys go beyond simple NPS scores. It helps us understand the “why” behind customer feedback. By analyzing data across interactions, including text analytics, Resonate provides valuable insights. This understanding allows us to tailor our approach and address specific pain points effectively. The Resonate team have been fantastic. In particular, the service and supports provided by Customer Manager, Vereen Leow, is exceptional.

The Support Team is super responsive and always open to hearing ideas for collecting and presenting the data in ways that best meet our needs.

Nothing to dislike pe se. I think Resonate could further build on providing more detailed information about their surveys (and transparency of the use of the data) for our end users, who are people living with mental health challenges in the community.
