Resimple has been our CRM for our clients to handle real estate and this is bringing the best service and helps the business be more organized and easier. The help support is prompt to respond to any inquiries and would even give time to follow up if the inquiry is not yet close and they will make sure they resolved your issues. I was initially excited by the daily status emails allowing me to review my employees work.
Additionally, I was hand dialing numbers knew the program was going to save my time with the click dialer.
I used the program everyday for two weeks before deciding to call it quits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used the trial for my fledgling cold calling business. I missed the cutoff for canceling my subscription by 8 hours and they wouldn't refund me the $369 they charged even though I don't want to use it anymore. I requested my funds back and they just sent pictures of their no refund policy.
I tried watching their tutorials to learn the program but none of the buttons existed that were described in the tutorials. I finally set up an hour with their help desk to learn the program and the woman I was on with didn't know the program either. I kept asking questions and she just ignored them. Some random person interrupted my zoom lesson to school me and her on how to use it. Awkward!
Additionally, once I finally got up and running, their DNC filter wasn't working. I had to take 30 minutes out of my day to describe how their filter was filtering out all phone numbers associated with a contact if one of the phone numbers in the contact was DNC. Took them two days to fix and meanwhile I had to manually filter. Who knows how many leads I lost due to this error?
After working with it for two weeks, I found the software not intuitive and I still had to reach out to help desk on a daily basis trying to figure out how things worked. I consider the time I spent trying to learn this software wasted unless I can save someone else from doing it. I would not recommend RESimpli to anyone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a tool tailored specifically for real estate investors, REsimpli stands out with its comprehensive CRM features designed to organize and optimize your investing business. The CRM and features are very easy to understand and use, but they also offer a TON of modules and support to help navigate the system for even the most advanced or novice uses. My team uses REsimpli everyday and it would not be possible to succeed without it. Another key feature about this system is how easily it integrates with external systems we use to run our business. Customer support is simply a click away with live chat features and ticket submitting. Whether you're a seasoned investor or just starting out, REsimpli offers a robust system at an affordable price point, making it accessible to investors at all levels. I love the simplicity of using REsimpli as a CRM. It is easy to use and has all the functionality that I need. I have now started also using the list stacker and phone system which have eliminated my need to pay for other services and everything is right there in the same system. I can call or text a lead right from the CRM when reviewing all my notes, and a log is kept for all communication. The dashboard is great, easy to keep track of everything and eliminate loose ends. The customer support is great, they promptly resolve any issues, and even have a Facebook group to announce updates and resolve issues, many of which the owner jumps in and helps with. Since they do make so many changes, sometimes it is hard to keep track of and find what you need after an update is made, but I'll deal with that for the continuous improvements they are making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that REsimpli is tailored to my business, since it was created by a fellow Real Estate investor. They provide all the tools you need to help get your business off the ground including website design and setting up your marketing campaigns. The support is world class - you can speak to them in minutes if you have an issue and most problems are resolved within 24 hours. They are continually adding new features and with unlimited onboardings, you can learn at your own pace and customize the CRM to your specific needs. I don't have many complaints but perhaps a bit more customization options to specifically tailor the CRM to your business and your specific lead types + data would be beneficial. Starting with the functionality and features, REsimpli allows me to eliminate the need for having to pay for many different tools and training on these different tools in order to run the day to day. REsimpli is very robust and creates efficiency by having the functionality my team and I need to take a lead from start to a closed deal. Also one of the biggest things that made moving to REsimpli a no brainer was the level of insights I am able to get into my business with all of the KPIs and Financials built right into the software allowing me as a business owner to make important business decisions based on real data. I couldn't run my business without REsimpli and I know my employees see it as a huge benefit as well.
Customer Support is a major plus as they are very responsive and helpful whether its onboarding to bring you up to speed on how to use REsimpli or helping troubleshoot things that come up.
The beauty of using REsimpli is that I don't have to worry about customizing or spending money to upgrade, support, or anthing when it comes to using the software. Implementation was very easy and something I was able to start using in my already active business right away. The support team helped me convert what was needed and made sure I knew how to use everything the correct way.
Also I get leads from many different places. Being able to integrate with different systems is easy and doesn't make managing my leads difficult at all. RESimpli is a the best CRM I've used, and I've used SEVERAL.
The tool is fully integrated with list-stacker, cold-calling, drip campaigns, CRM including task reminders, storage, skip-tracing, accounting, and MANY tools I still haven't even gotten to use yet. Built-in AI to summarize recorded conversations, for instance, is new and exciting.
Oh, AND driving-for-dollar, where you can tag properties and pull up public record information (and upload pics) on the go using GPS.
RESimpli is constantly getting updated with new, interesting, and interesting features, and has world-class and support.
There is now a Zoom option for support where a representative gets on a call with you within minutes, and you can screen share to get your item resolved ASAP, or get a ticket created for back-end support if they can't fix it then-and-there (they usually can).
I've been using the tool since the end of 2022, and it's only gotten better since I've started using it. It has my highest recommendation.

Everything makes sense. No lengthy setup or training is needed to get right in and use the system. Support is extremely responsive and there are plenty of self-help resources if needed. The team is constantly developing new features and seems to take user feedback seriously. It's more of a lead management/operations tool so you may still need another tool if doing mass outreach via sms. The base price seems appropriate but add-ons can quickly drive the price up quite a bit. You may still need Quickbooks or another accounting software since Resimpli's accounting feature is not as developed, for instance, you cannot create rules for your transactions.
