"Love all the integrations"

What do you like best about REsimpli?

Automation, phone system, SMS, financial review and task management all work well under one platform! The new customer support system is awesome as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REsimpli?

Most of the critical KPI's we need to track are built-in but we'd like the option to create custom KPI's. And tracking KPI's for specific lead managers and Acquisition reps is not simple or modifiable. Inbound calls do not get credited to the Acq rep working the lead so their inbound talk time is not able to be tracked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is REsimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integration of multiple tools into one platform. REsimpli replaced 4 systems we were using and integrated them all into one package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I had a terrible experience with RESimpli!"

What do you like best about REsimpli?

I was initially excited by the daily status emails allowing me to review my employees work.

Additionally, I was hand dialing numbers knew the program was going to save my time with the click dialer.

I used the program everyday for two weeks before deciding to call it quits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REsimpli?

I used the trial for my fledgling cold calling business. I missed the cutoff for canceling my subscription by 8 hours and they wouldn't refund me the $369 they charged even though I don't want to use it anymore. I requested my funds back and they just sent pictures of their no refund policy.

I tried watching their tutorials to learn the program but none of the buttons existed that were described in the tutorials. I finally set up an hour with their help desk to learn the program and the woman I was on with didn't know the program either. I kept asking questions and she just ignored them. Some random person interrupted my zoom lesson to school me and her on how to use it. Awkward!

Additionally, once I finally got up and running, their DNC filter wasn't working. I had to take 30 minutes out of my day to describe how their filter was filtering out all phone numbers associated with a contact if one of the phone numbers in the contact was DNC. Took them two days to fix and meanwhile I had to manually filter. Who knows how many leads I lost due to this error?

After working with it for two weeks, I found the software not intuitive and I still had to reach out to help desk on a daily basis trying to figure out how things worked. I consider the time I spent trying to learn this software wasted unless I can save someone else from doing it. I would not recommend RESimpli to anyone else. What problems is REsimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a dialer. I'm setting up a lead system and believed the CRM could manage leads and call backs so I could have a higher turnover.

Also, I needed a way to check my remote cold caller was actually making calls. REsimpli daily reports made that really easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
