I really like that Resco – Mobility & Productivity makes it easy for communication among employees in different departments of our organization. The mobile platform of its is really handy for staying on top of tasks and projects and not being stuck at a desk all the time. Inside the app, tracking progress no longer relies on email or calls, all status is available inside the app. Our workflow and productivity have increased by the same amount, theres just no limit to this kind of power. Resco – Mobility & Productivity is a great tool but on downsides is that it doesn’t do the most specific of workflows. Some of the features seem too broad and in most cases it’s just fine, but not always when we’re doing really niche stuff that our team has been known to do. I think the best thing with Resco is that it maintains the connection of my team, even if we are not in one place. The app works perfectly with other tools we use such as Microsoft Dynamics and it keeps them in sync, automatically, and at our fingertips. They let you access critical information, collaborate with others without being tied to the office, and manage tasks all in an easy to access format. Starting off with Resco can be a bit tricky. If you’re new to the platform, you may find it a bit challenging. It’s chock full of useful features, but it takes some time to understand how to customize everything to your unique particulars. The flexibility built to which allows you to do almost everythinn you want.....85% from their configurator! Only need Javascript for very specific things. In fact our latest build to our service personnel has practically no java.

The only thing that comes to mind is it can be difficult dealing with Microsoft's MFA....although that is more a Microsoft thing then a Resco thing.
Also, using the sync filters for Sharepoint can be challenging....although their support team was able to get us the correct setup. We just don't change the sync filter setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like it's sync performance and smoothness beacause compare to microsoft field service app it is very smoth for user to collect data and then sync to crm dynamice 365.

1. Currently it does not support the Azetech barcod scanner which is needs of many organizationto scan that Azetec barcod to retrive Product number.
2. Another thing is sync time is more when there is huge data, so that sync time needs to be reduced for users.

Thus, the major advantage of Resco is that it helps to increase field activity as it allows getting necessary data right away. They enable the management of customer information through integration with our CRM system when on the move. There is one more feature – offline mode is especially helpful to our team to work with no internet connection but being able to synchronize later. There is the disadvantage of the user interface of Resco in that it is not easy to understand especially for first time users. There are a lot of features and customization and sometimes people just joining the team get distracted and measurable productivity is compromised. Further, while there is a satisfactory integration with our CRM there are sometimes issues with syncing which creates issues regarding our data that can take a considerable amount of time to solve. The aspect that I find most appealing about Resco – Mobility & Productivity is the mobile app as it is a comprehensible application that allows our team to view and edit the data without leaving the workplace. This has at times caused a problem especially when our field team requires fast access or input of information. Also, due to the nature of customer support most of the time it takes a long time to get an answer to your problem in case of an emergency this can be really inconvenient.
