Many people are reluctant to offer information with an identity attached, so anonymous reporting brings more situations to the attention of the city departments. When people turn off their location and forget to enter the address of the situation being reported.
It can be difficult to access the system if the reporter is outside the geofence. Access is there, but it takes a few steps to find it.

The Report It app is very easy for team members to use. We are receiving feedback from team members that we may not have received if this system was not in place.
