I have been using Reply for a little over two months. Here is what I ABSOLUTELY LOVE
1. Customer Support - I compare these guys to Chick-Fil-A - tremendous customer service, fast and responsive team, insightful, HUMAN, and are always accessible for questions. I think I have asked them 20+ questions over the last two months and they have been fast to answer and with easy-to-understand instructions
2. The agency model is easy to use - You can toggle between accounts with just a click of a mouse. It's super simple and easy to use.
3. The UX makes it easy to click around and set things up quickly
4. It takes me less than 48 hours to on-board a client, Reply makes it easy for me!
Overall I am very happy using Reply Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Confusing naming conventions - here is an example: they have a tab called data within my outreach. One would assume that's data about my outreach (how many emails I have sent, etc.) Nope. It's about using Reply to find additional leads.
2. I use Gmail/Google Meet for my business - there is not an integration to connect my calendar to Reply. Also, the only option is Zoom.
3. The LinkedIn accounts tab lacks information on how it works and how to use it. I have no idea the use case for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing good about their services, they are scammers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am deeply disappointed with Reply.io's billing practices. We were charged without our prior approval, and there was no reminder or notification that an invoice had been generated or that a payment was scheduled. To make matters worse, we were billed for a LinkedIn subscription that we never signed up for, which feels deceptive and completely unacceptable.
Their service has not lived up to expectations, and this experience has made us question their integrity. It seems like they're running a scam with hidden charges, and their lack of transparency is alarming.
I urge others to be cautious and thoroughly review their invoices. We're hoping for a resolution soon, but until then, I cannot recommend Reply.io based on this frustrating and unnecessary experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply has been really easy to use in terms of drip campaigns when it comes to outreach. I also appreciate the options for automation and the ease of importing contacts. We can also easily access metrics regarding campaigns and understand what to change in our approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the automation options are great, sometimes they can be a bit overwhelming and take some time to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply.io has been a game-changer for my outreach! The platform's robust AI and automation features make it easy to manage campaigns and engage prospects at scale. What really stands out is the customer support—any time I have a question or need help, their team responds quickly and effectively, ensuring I can keep my campaigns running smoothly. The only thing I don't like about reply is not being able to add industries by SIC code for AI SDR. Don't get me wrong they have a ton of industries to choose from which work great for me. However, we have some pretty broad industries as well so it would be helpful to pull companies and contacts by SIC code for those broad industries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've never ran an email campagin before.. ran my 1st w/ their AI SDR! BOOKED A MEETING in the first 40 emails sent. Blown away with their product!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Um I can't say theres much I dislike about it. I look forward to seeing them expand their features with AI SDR Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reply has been the platform we've been waiting for. From their user-friendly and intuitive interface, to there their helpful documentation and support, you can tell the Reply team has spent time and dedication to build a product that truly works for you. And this is coming from the perspective of the web design creative agency Black Flag Creative (https://blackflagcreative.com). From day 1 since we signed up, we've used the platform on the daily as we want to get the most out of the product. It was a seamless experience to implement our contact list. We always admire stumbling across products that work in our favor and Reply is one of the top products we've used by far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints so far! It's been a seamless experience to get up and running. Can't get much more simple than that. Can't wait to see more feature integrations! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It makes email campaigns that would be difficult to manage nearly effortless. I love the ability to A/B test different options without needing to manually keep track of which customers got which email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no complaints. I have never personally used any other email campaign managing software but I see no reason to stray from Reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I really appreciate about Reply.io is its AI-driven email personalization and the ease with which I can create multi-channel campaigns. The ability to seamlessly run automated outreach at scale, especially for ABM, is a big advantage. It makes personalizing large volumes of outreach both manageable and efficient. On the downside, navigating some features, like the reports section and custom fields, can be clunky. While importing the contacts field mapping is not so smooth, it doesn't detect the fields automatically unless you rename them to their nomenclature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reply is an excellent solution for anyone looking to make multichannel marketing and sales more efficient and to break down channel silos. It offers complete transparency into the success of each channel. The team is incredibly friendly and helpful, no matter how clueless you might feel. There are comprehensive explanations and tutorials for every feature. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's quite complex in its features, so you need to take some time to get familiar with it and read up, but that also brings possibilities that others don’t offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great tool and exceptional customer service. I came on to my company during the pandemic to build out prospecting systems from scratch and Reply.io has been part of my strategy since the early days. During my time as an SDR, I had personally booked 340 discovery calls, a newer hire was brought on 18 months ago and he has booked 240 discovery calls using this same strategy. Reply is an excellent tool for getting your message out there while automating most things, the automation around opt outs, replies, etc is incredibly valuable for saving time. Overall the AI tools are in their early stages but I can tell this will be great in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
