Replicon has a relatively easy interface that allows me to track my time and vacations.

Replicon has been great for our field offices, we utilize the platform across Latin America and Asia. It has helped us get real time updates at HQ. The platform also allows for excellent customization by region for time zone, language, currency, etc. The platform is very user friendly, so our staff have found it easy to navigate. Additionally, the platform operates well even in low-band width countries which has been a huge benefit for our staff in more rural areas abroad. When compared to similar platforms, Replicon is easily the best bang for your buck! HQ staff will have live real time access to over see time keeping, manage personnel, track accruals and also determine outstanding expenses. Another great aspect is the reporting feature. The system really allows you and your team to build custom reports that can help Project Director, Managers, Payroll managers and the Finance team coordinate and review everything through our field offices. I would recommend that individuals train and research the platform to really understand how best to customize it. Some of the settings can bit difficult to navigate, but once you play round in the platform it becomes easy to customize and make the platform your own. Overall, it is important to invest time into training on the platform. Once you learn how to manage and navigate Replicon it really speeds up processing times. The quality and price is just right for what we need to track our students' hours. I also like that we can filter to each student and the date range we need. Our students feel that it is very easy to use and they use Replicon 5 days a week.

It was very simple to learn (I was not trained) and easy for all of my employees to use. I come from a long background of retail management, and have done a lot of time sheets and corrections. This is by far the easiest time I have had managing time cards. When managing employees, I used replicon daily. I found it very easy to integrate into because of how user friendly it is! When i had an issue that needed resolved, the customer care team got back to me immediately with a resolution and i was super impressed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it would allow you to put in Vacation time even if it says you will go into overdraft of your hours in the future (cause I know more will come into the bank as it is earned weekly)

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics has used Replicon for time tracking since 2014. It's a great platform that has really help us manage time and leave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That Replicon and Workday are not able to communicate with one another. The State of Oklahoma requires all agencies to use Workday for time reporting and payroll. It would be nice to intigrate the information between the two platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are always glitches and I feel like I am constantly having to contact support. I cannot understand the support agents when we are on zoom calls. There have been several times they have not been able to help me with my issue and it takes days for a fix to be completed. The program is not easy to use without help from support. It is difficult to change employee time off once it has been issued, especially if you have a new employee get hired after the beginning of the new year. They are looking for the best solution. They are answering for ticket very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are not so perfect, they confirmed me that ticket is closed and all data were uploaded into system without checking this. I tested and realized that it didn't happen for all employees. It takes long time to finish finally ticket, they made some work manually, not automaticlly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use and convenience of the interface. The Replicon customer support is amazing. They are prompt and ready to resolve any issues or oddities that come up. The Replicon products and personnel are great. The support representatives are very responsive and thorough. My questions or issues have always been resolved quickly.
