It would be better if we could have just one integrated application for the software, it comes by separate, so we need to install one app for viewer and one app for host as separate, even though it is a nice option for our clients because they only need the host functionality, another thing to point is the fact that sometimes when we our accessing from our phones and the internet connection is not good the session tends to freeze Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used it for few weeks and connectivity over different locations was often not good. It is a bad situation if you need to use it for your job! In addition it requires an installer for those who start connection and another for users who receive it. Absolutely need to improve the dashboard that is anything but intuitive.
