Remote Utilities is an excellent tool for remote desktop. It has extremely interesting and useful features, such as dragging a file from your machine to "inside" the machine accessed remotely. You can access all the features of the remote machine, enable video, sound and other features. Remote Utilities is an excellent tool, but there are some problems. I believe that the main thing is the fact that once you have installed the tool, it is necessary that you connect individually and to each host, and that connection takes about 5 minutes to occur, which is too long.
In addition, the tool works only on Windows. It would be great if it could also connect to other operating systems, such as Mac, Lunix and even Android, which would make it a complete remote access tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
