What do you like best about Rejoiner?

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Rejoiner makes developing emails easy and quick. Now that the templates are set up all I have to do is change a couple graphics and label the categories I want to display. Rejoiner pulls it all together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

The Rejoiner platform is intuitive and easy to use. It takes care of the problems I don't want to think about and organizes everything I need in silos, which really helps keep everything clean. It's super easy to build Journeys and designing emails in either HTML or drag and drop is on par with any other ESP I've worked with. The features are exactly what our enterprise sized company needs. Above all, the reason I chose Rejoiner is the customization to your service at any time. They do a great job working with you on creating one off emails or setting up journeys or segments. Anytime I've run in to any trouble or needed help they've been there to assist us. I've worked with a lot of ESPs where you have to deal with dozens of people to get any help, that has not been the case with Rejoiner. Its what set them apart from the other 10 services we looked at. What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

Although the reporting is more than enough, I do wish there was more reporting on lists over time. It also took a while to get some of our core email journeys and segments built and working, but to be fair that was mostly on our side because of the extreme customizations that can happen with our products. What problems is Rejoiner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our email marketing needed to enter the 21st century. We needed to build automatic email journeys for both our d2c and b2b. Not only that, we needed to do it over multiple continents. What do you like best about Rejoiner?

There were two parts of Rejoiner’s offering that I liked best: 1) The quality of the consultative service. Rejoiner handled all creative execution and campaign management for us. If we needed to build out more specific segments or build email templates for a new product line, the Rejoiner team quickly and efficiently helped us capitalize on those opportunities. Their creative team is excellent. 2) Predictable ROI & customer engagement. These campaigns typically returned 10-20X ROAS and we’ve seen consistent open rates in the 50-60% range for years. What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

Reporting extracts have been our only challenge with the Rejoiner platform. With that said, it’s likely just given to our breadth of transactional/session data that by nature is going to be timely to extract so that we can import into other marketing automation systems that we leverage. Rejoiner enabled us to quickly roll out abandonment triggered workflows for two different audiences: Cart abandoners and PDP abandoners. These triggers alone have generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in incremental revenue over the last three years and allowed us to recoup revenue that would have otherwise been lost.
